The butterfly effect

The Butterfly effect linoprint is about the consequences of our actions, in a positive or negative way in our social & general environment (nature and home).

We are a whole with our physical envelop, our actions and the earth. We are all made of the same molecules and everything is linked. That is why even a tiny action can have such a big impact on what surrounds us. The hand, bold and generous reminds us the shape of the earth, we are the earth. on the bottom of the hand, we can see some plants and some holes (7 slots in total to be precise, like the 7 sins or the 7 wonders). the last plant is on our hand. We can see here an allegory for growth or withering depending on if we decide to plant the seed or if we just uproot the plant.

All the pictograms surrounding subtly this action are symbols of negative or positive consequencies (love, sun, joy, war, sadness, tear). We need to pay attention to the print to see them, just as we need to be aware of the effect we have regarding our choices.

The choice of the pink for the leaf can be for the bright color of a flower, as well as for the whithering plant.
